Plans and Pricing Options

A Look at Graphics Zoo’s Subscription Options

Graphics Zoo gives its clients the choice of three subscription plans – those being the Starter plan, Business plan, and Agency plan.

All tiered plans are on a no contracts, cancel anytime basis and cover unlimited brands and unlimited revisions along with unlimited free stock images. Similarly, all plans come with dedicated customer support to ensure that design output runs smoothly.

Graphics Zoo Plans and Pricing Options

These various plans mainly differ in respect to turnaround time, active requests being worked on at once, and the number of tasks you can submit per month.

On the Business plan, you are limited to just three design requests within a calendar month. On the Business Unlimited and Agency plans you can go all out and log unlimited design tasks in that same time period. Those plans will also get your tasks turned around within one working day, while its two days on the smaller plan. Keep in mind, however, that Graphics Zoo does states that “larger and more complicated designs may take a little longer to finish,” but that’s pretty much a standard policy with these types of service providers.

The number of tasks handled at one time varies by plan with one, two or four tasks handled at a time on the lower, mid, and higher plans respectively.

You can even use their Agency plan as a white label service and get them to produce content – which you can then sell on to your own clients as if it were produced by your company.

Looking beyond their service offerings, you can see that the process infrastructure that Graphics Zoo has put in place really makes them stand-out. If you’re submitting tasks for different brands, the company lets you build brand profiles with correlating brand guidelines in your Graphics Zoo dashboard. This does away with the inconvenience of needing to continually upload brand assets with each new task. You can also submit requests via email and they will get assigned to your dashboard to make the service as cohesive as possible.

Both the Business and Agency plan also include user management functions through which you can add team members to your account. You can limit or give them full admin rights in accordance with their roles. So, if you are getting work produced for two different clients and you would like to give them account access, you can set their profiles to only see the project that’s relevant to them.

The Collaboration Process

How Collaborating Works at Graphics Zoo

Graphics Zoo’s work processes get projects completed efficiently in just three simple steps.

The process begins when you submit a project. You can add your design/task details such as name, description, and the file formats required in your dashboard.

Once the designer is done, they’ll send back the initial draft. You can request revisions and directly highlight areas of the design with feedback and comments.

On approval of your design, you can download the source files that you requested at the outset of the project.

Wrapping Up

Summing Up Our Review of Graphics Zoo

While Graphics Zoo is very similar to the other on-demand graphic design services out there, they differ from the competition because of the functionality that they have built into their platform. From sharing design drafts with your team members and the ability to put your feedback directly on a design’s draft page, they make it easy to collaborate.

They are also in tune with how priorities can change in your business and, because of this, they give you the ability to rearrange or re-prioritize design tasks should you need to do so. With a service as flexible as this, Graphics Zoo could just prove to be the service provider that’s ideal for your business needs.
